They had my vehicle for 3 weeks for a repair that was supposed to only take a week.

They had my vehicle for 3 weeks for a repair that was supposed to take 1 week. The cracked two trim pieces and I wasn’t notified and it has yet to be addressed. The seam tape they used over the repair wasn’t bonded to the seam.
