They have fixed some of company trucks. Did a good job in a timely manner very professional. Would use them on my personal vehicles if ever needed.

First attempt to repair was pitiful and an attempt was made to explain it away by the female estimator. The employee who came to look at it with me indicated he was not the painter but rather an inspector but did inspect my vehicle. When I pointed out the shotty work he agreed and stated that it was pitiful but would have it buffed out. I told home I doubted that it could be. I found out later that he actually was the painter. I was not contacted when it was ready the second time but simply dropped by to check on it and learned that it was. This time it had been professionally done. I spoke to the new painter who said he had to completely redo the repair. My vehicle was there for over a month for a very simple repair. This was a very bad experience.

The body work looks good but I would not send anyone I care about to you guys. This is only my second experience with body work and my first one went smoothly. I’m not hard to please. Just be honest with me.

The repairs look good. But, the cross bar was installed backwards causing a lot of wind noise. The drivers side rear molding was installed incorrectly causing the driver door to drop a little when opened. I brought it to Subaru to fix because in no way would I put it back in your shop after being lied to for three months and never getting updates without calling myself. I was told that you had to send it to Subaru to install the headliner and molding which was an outright lie. I was told at one point that all you were waiting on was parts to put it back together to find out the hood hadn’t even been painted yet. On two occasions I was told that I would get a call back and never did. Terrible customer service from the first week my car was there. It is going to cost me $230 to fix the molding. Subaru contacted you guys about to not get a phone call back and told the dent pro people did it. Ridiculous. And more lies.
