Not totally informed with details that caused delays at the end process of getting my car back timely especially not having a rental or access to other transportation. I was also told I could get a ride from ya’ll to pick up my car because of my circumstances. That didn’t happen but I didn’t complain.

Got the vehicle back and the steering wheel clocking is off, and while turning right the steering will stick and have to manually correct it.

Landry’s was so professional. They had ordered and received most of the parts for my car before they ever called me to bring it in to the shop. They dealt directly with my insurance company. Which I very much appreciated. The whole staff are knowledgeable and so polite. I would highly recommend them. This is the second time that I have used them. Hopefully, I won’t need them again! But you never know, with the drivers here in Lafayette! Five stars!
