The rear passenger door won’t open from the inside. The child safety mechanism was compromised on that door as well. The switch doesn’t move.

Repair quality met standards after 2nd attempt at paint correction. Customer service communication during the process of the repair was non existent. I had to constantly call to get updates. Repair took over 3 weeks to complete.

See previous comment. Office can use additional employees to initiate communication with customer instead of the customer being the one to constantly call for status update over a 3 week period.

Kept car for 7 weeks!!! Battery was missing a tie down. Had to return car. Continuous work on car seemed to be a problem, indicating inefficiency. Prior work completed on the same car was efficient and completed in reasonable amount of time. Was promised additional work when original estimate was made, and pictures were taken. I offered to pay to have additional work done, but it was totally disregarded. I was very disappointed and frustrated with everything. I was sent to two places to finish repairing the air conditioner. Neither of these places worked on Lexus!!! Complete waste of time. Supervision seems to be lacking. Used to be a great, well-run business!!!!

Was lied to about things about my repairs on my truck more than once and after I picked up my truck the same issues happened for what I took it to the shop for will definitely not be using this shop again and I will tell people I know about my bad experience

My car looks amazing, and it was such an easy process from start to finish. They made it so easy to set up my repairs and even took care of additional repairs needed for me. They even had enterprise ready to pick me up for my rental upon drop off. I would highly recommend anyone to visit the Lafayette location.
