My car was there for over a month only once did someone call to give me and update. I had to call every time I needed an update. Zan was trying to tell me what the adjuster would say when she’s not an adjuster. My fender on my car is not on correctly, I refused to call them, bcuz the service was horrible. We been going to Landry’s for years, when I say I would not go back or recommend family or friends to them. Horrible experience!!!!

The length of time for the repair was very long. We ended up spending $800 on rental car insurance that my mom could not afford to spend, for an accident she didn’t cause, because of how long it took.
