Any negativities from this experience came solely from the rental car company. I was told we were going to be five or six days before the car would be finished, it was only four. I think the staff at Lane’s Collision.

They were very friendly and easy to work with. They answered all of our questions and listened to our concerns. They were quick to get the car completed and kept us apprised of the progress the whole time. Should we ever need repairs again they will be the first call we make!

During a time when most collision centers were 4 months out they were able to get me right in and I had my car back exactly a month after my first claim. I have a BMW and was really impressed how quickly they were able to get the parts for it and how they blended the paint for a seamless blend. You can’t even tell I was in an accident. I highly recommend this company!
