The women in the office did a fantastic job making sure all was set with my (Progressive) rental car return before sending me on my way in my reconstructed Camry. I did mention, however, that your texting service did not coordinate (time wise) with the voice mails I received from the women leaving messages. Text msgs stated a completion date on a Monday... voicemail on a Thursday afternoon stated that the job was completed. Fortunately, I made it in on time and didn't incur the cost of days not needed (which I've previously experienced) on the rental car. The satisfied "10" could have taken a turn South real fast.
