The seat design in the Nissan Sentra was a big problem. I'd love to know who to speak to about this with at Nissan and hope that someone will consider asking me about it. There are multiple Baby Boomers out here and as we age and don't use our muscles as optimally as we once did, despite what is considered an "ergonomically designed"" seat, is not necessarily optimal for the back of an over 50 driver.

The customer service was fantastic. Christina and Denise kept me informed about everything. I like that they texted me how far along they were in the process by percentage, and when they expected the car to be ready. The work was finished even earlier than promised. I think their customer service was the best I've seen anywhere. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and always returned calls immediately.
