They did not provide status on the repairs. I had to call several times to get the updates. I was told it was supposed to take 3-4 days but it took 12 days and they missed part of the damage. I was told to come back on the next Wednesday to complete it. I arrived the next Wednesday and I was asked to come back the next Friday because they had too many cars on the shop and did not have time to take mine. That is why I requested a second rental car. I did not want to waste anybody’s time by taking me in and out of the collision center. I had to return a third time so they could clean up some dirty spots. It took about ten minutes to do it but I should not have to return a third time to have the car repaired 100%.
