My convertible top and interior was completely covered in compound material spots. Its not easy removing these spots. My comvertible rag top was also ripped during the process of repair and the shop didnt initially take responsibility for it.

I can't say enough about how pleased I was with the service provided from start to finish. They took my vehicle in promptly, completed the work in half the expected time and were polite and professional. I hope not to need future repair work, but would not hesitate to use Premier again.

Everybody was helpful and friendly. I was kept informed of the progress throughout the repairs. The truck looks great, and both the exterior and interior were cleaned and shined. The folks took care of contacting the car rental agency for both delivery and pickup. I can't think of the experience being any better. Thank everybody for his/her great service.
