I wasn’t completely satisfied but didn’t want to say no because they did an excellent job on the repairs but am still having issues with my car as far as the way it’s driving. I took it back yesterday and will keep taking it back until they get it right. Again they did an EXCELLENT job on the body but it’s not the same when am driving.

I did notice the trunk lid is different my original lid had the submodel letters on it the replacement has an emblem that says Pure Drive and I'm not sure if this would affect the trade-in value or resale value otherwise I'm completely satisfied and that not only does the outside look great the interior looks and smells good.... thank you

We made a great choice in having our collision damage repair done at Langway. They kept us informed of progress and were easy to deal with. We had to travel 80 miles (round trip) but it was worth it. Thank you Nathan and Langway

Earl Kennedy is amazing- the ultimate in customer service and communication He made the whole experience seamless so an unexpected and unfortunate situation (my new 2019 Rogue was sideswiped when parked in the street) that required two weeks of body work was handled effortlessly Earls the best and the shop did an amazing job on the car - it looks better than new

Nathan kept me updated as to the status of the repairs on my car. Arrangements were made with Enterprise to have a car delivered to me at Langway on the day I dropped my car off and also notified Enterprise that I had returned the rental to Langway Toyota on the day I picked up my car. Nathan also filled out all the necessary paperwork from the insurance company for me. My car was returned to me in spotless condition.

Nate in the body shop was great to work with. Very nice body work.The car looks great!! Only problem is with the back glass.(glass was installed by a separate vendor while in the langway shop..not Langway)There is a slight bend in the glass on the passenger side that causes a minor distortion.
