Repairs were excellent. It would have been nice to receive updates. I was told they would need the car for 5 days. I called on the 4th day to see if it was going to be ready and was told it was going to be the first of the next week. I had to call again on Tuesday to get update. Was finally done after two weeks with no updates on status from Larkin. Again, very happy with repairs.

The paint was excellent because it was a complicated mix. However, the estimate was off because of some underlying hidden issues. Also some of the assembly bolts should have been painted. But over all great and I would definitely recommend them!!!

James knew his stuff but just couldn’t see some of the hidden damage. That is why the estimate was a little off. I had other local body shops conduct estimates and they were all about the same estimated amount.

I was very happy with the work Larkin Collision performed on my vehicle. Not only was the requested work completed to my satisfaction, I feel they went above and beyond by thoroughly cleaning my car and it looks like they buffed out some paint that we got on side of the car from scraping the side of our garage. Our car looks brand new.
