I never received any update on my vehicle unless I called in to check. When I did call in I was often met with a bit of an attitude as if it was an annoyance that I wanted to know the status of my vehicle. At one point when I asked the status I was told, “Uhhh, I don’t know. I’m up front and the car is out back. I could check…” To which I responded , “yes please”. I was never once rude to the women I talked to who answered the phones so I am not sure where the attitude came from. I was surprised that Larkin does not offer a texting or web link service where you can check the status of your vehicle. Other companies I have used would give me daily updates through text or had a link I could click to check the progress. I would not use Larkin again just because of the lack of communication, even though the repair work was great.

Larkin is, in my honest opinion, the only option for where to bring our vehicles when they need some body tlc! I feel that the estimates are always totally fair! The work gets done as quick as possible! I also feel like the office employees are very pleasant to deal with! As always this was another successful repair job on my daughters car and we appreciate all of you there at Larkin!

There were scrapes on the back sides of my vehicle that were not from the accident that I thought would be repaired while my van was in the shop. It was on a separate quote. I needed my van for a trip, so I couldn’t leave it again.

Would have been appropriate to have been informed of the 3% credit card charge prior to arriving, without cash, to pay my $3200 repair bill. There went $75 for nothing
