I asked for my old hitch back and when I picked my pickup up I had to doc it out of the scrap bin and the ball was missing so I'm really not happy about that also white paint on the inside of the drivers side door that I had to bring to their attention and a rear tail light that the screws were missing in that I had to replace

There was white paint left on the inside of the drivers side door, one taillight did not have the screws tightened down properly, and my request to have my old hitch returned to me was ignored and I had to dig it out of the scrap bin and the hitch ball was missing and nothing has been done to replace it
