poor communication, tried to release our pickup with paint damage done by them during repair. Employees had excuses, had to leave another week...because of shop error. during that week we received no update or calls with Corbin was in to discuss they issues. Our agent called said where told it would be ready by Tuesday after per talking to shop. I called Wednesday after noon hearing "hoping for Thursday" not a positive experience. HORRIBLE communication!!! excuses are a dime a dozen, each one they had them. we will not be doing business with them again, sadly because we like doing business locally.

A light was not put back in the house the fog light wasn't plugged in at all and the bumper isn't set right. There is a huge gap between the light housing and the bumper.

I was told it would take 7 to 8 business days and I was receiving text messages which was great. The last message I received was on the 9th business day that my car was on track to be finished on the 10th business day. I called and was told it should be ready by end of day or the following Monday. I never received a call or text until the 13th business day when I could finally pick it up.
