When my vehicle was returned to me, the hub caps were never replaced, my valve stems were missing caps and the tire pressure on multiple tire was low.

I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with the customer service. I was not offered updates on my vehicles progress or set backs until I called and was often times was never called back. The vehicle was promised to me on multiple occasions to be picked up and I was never notified of the setback until I reached on the day of anticipated pickup. When the car was finally ready to be picked up, I was never notified that it arrived at my pickup location. And the representative responsible for handling my keys had left early that day and no body at the dealership had a way of contacting them

They made me wait 11 days for a basic bumper and wheel replacement. The gentleman who has my paperwork quit. Nobody followed what was going on after. Promised phone calls were never made.
