Tony was great and explained because my car was so new it was taking longer to get parts. And when I would call to get an update, he was very informative on the status. Chris was very understanding of the few concerns I had when I picked up car. Noticed an issue with the backseat carpet that I was sure a result of accident. They assessed it then and there and determined a new part was needed.
