Very Customer-oriented and they try to do what the customer asks if possible. Each customer is treated as though they matter instead of "just another customer". They also remember names even after a considerable period of time. Makes me feel "special".

No one called to tell me the car wad ready. I called and someone wad suppose to return my call but they never did. I had to call again. When I picked up the cal they said he had called me, but that is not true, there were no calls on my cell phone.
