The brothers instilled a foundation of values that brought the business to thrive even in the midst of the Great Depression. A set of values that includes treating our customers and employees the way we would like to be treated ourselves, and always doing the right thing even if it’s not the easiest way to do something. Very knowledgeable, friendly, personable caring staff! However, the day I was supposed to pick the vehicle up, I wasn't notified until 3:35 p.m. that it wouldn't be ready until the next day. The following day I didn't get any communication, and it was I believe, about 4:00 p.m. the 2nd day that I was notified the vehicle was ready for pickup. I don't mind having my vehicle in the shop for however long it takes, but I really need more notice if it needs to be kept longer - a day in advance if possible, though I understand things come up.
