Latuff Brothers is a family owned auto body shop that was founded in 1933 by three brothers Joe, Mike, and John. The brothers instilled a foundation of values that brought the business to thrive even in the midst of the Great Depression. A set of values that includes treating our customers and employees the way we would like to be treated ourselves, and always doing the right thing even if it’s not the easiest way to do something. The shop performed high quality work, the bumper paint match and side skirt look amazing. Adam and Robert were considerate and accommodating to my requests, and kept me very well informed. Even when things did not go according to plan (rear brake issue), the shop did everything they could to consider my situation and fix the car for me. I wouldn't go anywhere else for auto body repairs in the future.

Very good work and good communication and scheduling on the front end. The final cost came in fairly higher than the original estimate, but it was the additional week and a half needed to complete the repair and the fact that I had to call and find that out on the Friday I was supposed to pick it up (during a deep freeze when I had chosen to take public transit for what I thought would be just a week). The timeline was reduced, however, and I appreciated that.

Ma was great keeping me updated. Itb was annoying having to remind people the car was mine, Kristin and not my husbands, Nathan. The first name on the insurance. Women are allowed to own cars now.
