Latuff Brothers is a family owned auto body shop that was founded in 1933 by three brothers Joe, Mike, and John. The brothers instilled a foundation of values that brought the business to thrive even in the midst of the Great Depression. A set of values that includes treating our customers and employees the way we would like to be treated ourselves, and always doing the right thing even if it’s not the easiest way to do something. The repairs that were completed were great! My only issues were that: A.) The junk/trash that the thieves stole was still in my trunk when I finally received the vehicle. B.) The LCD display screen was still very dim.

The bad: I booked these repairs more than 2 weeks in advance and was told to expect the repair would take 9 days. By day 8 I had received no status updates at all so asked for one. It appears that Latuff did not even begin working on my car until I asked for the update. All the while, in my mid 70s, my sole transport was walking. All this, while my car was sitting in their lot. And snowy weather forecast starting on day 9. Latuff told me it would be another 9 days from that point. The good: When I explained my frustration with the situation, Latuff offered to pay for a car rental on my behalf while the repairs were actually made. That was very much appreciated. The repairs did not take 9 more days, they took 14 more days, but I was OK with the car rental and was grateful for their offer to pay for it. The car repair looks good. In spite of frustration and delays, I'm satisfied that Latuff Brothers recognized the error and responded in good faith with a fair solution. I'm satisfied with the end result.

Latuff Brothers should not have left my car in their lot for 8 days before commencing repairs until after I called. I assume it was an oversight. After that, though there were additional delays in projected completion, I am satisfied with their responsiveness and (once it finally began) with their regular personal communication. And the repairs look great.

The repair was done in a very reasonable timeframe with good communication throughout the process. In addition, the car was cleaned thoroughly before we picked it up - as close to “good as new” as our high mileage vehicle could be.
