Unfortunately, I would not recommend Lauderdale Collision at this time. After a minor cosmetic repair, my vehicle began experiencing multiple critical system failures, including steering and safety alerts. The situation required extended disassembly and left me without my car for over two weeks. I have lost confidence in the quality and reliability of the repair, and the lack of a satisfactory resolution has been very disappointing.

My 2024 Honda CR-V was taken in for a cosmetic repair, but after receiving it back, several major systems failed: power steering, lane assist, cruise control, TPMS, hill descent control, and multiple VSA/safety alerts. The vehicle became unsafe to drive and required extensive diagnostics and disassembly, despite having only 11,000 miles. This experience has caused a complete loss of confidence in the integrity of the vehicle. The loaner vehicle provided lacked key safety features, and overall, this situation has been extremely disappointing and disruptive. I do not consider this a satisfactory repair outcome.

While some individual staff were courteous, the overall customer experience was extremely disappointing. My vehicle was returned with severe electronic malfunctions affecting key safety systems—issues that did not exist prior to the cosmetic repair. I had to leave the vehicle again immediately after pickup and was without it for nearly a month. I was not kept properly informed and the situation caused a significant loss of time, trust, and confidence in both the vehicle and the dealership.
