Did not honor the bid the work was not completed. Charged more than agreed and looks worse in spots than before I paid extra to fix it. Getting a 2 because some of the work that was done right looks good. Just font trust the estimate because they did not honor it.

Bad customer service and quality of finished product as far as being clean not good at all.

The hood was not adjusted properly and it rattles while driving. The rear backup sensor does not work. The vehicle was not detailed, there was polishing residual on the windows and the interior was supposed to be detailed and was not. Very poor call back when they said they were going to. You need to call continually to get information. Other than that the paint match was good.

Insurance company approved this shop for repair. Estimate and photos were taken and submitted for approval from Insurance. I was able to take car in and have repaired, no hassles or extra work was needed by me to insurance company to have this job completed. Staff was courteous with me from time of estimate, car delivery and work completion.

Very friendly. Customer interaction was great. Many people told me good luck when I said the insurance was State Farm. This was a State Farm shop and I was not impressed at all with State Farm. So I would recommend this shop not being aquainted with State Farm

These survey questions only ask what rating my satisfaction is. If someone asked you to rate a gas pump on how satisfied you were about the pump that pumped gas into your vehicle. You probably would be middle of the road as that is what all gas pumps are designed to do. I think I would only take a survey if the satisfation was poor, and that most customers feel the same way. Therefore most of your survey results are negative, which is not what I found

Layton Care Care exceeded my expectations 100 fold! The car was finished before I expected it to be finished. It looks like a brand new car! The cleaned my car inside and out! The matched the paint flawlessly! I could not be happier! I called my Insurance Agent and had them put Layton Car Care on their preferred users list! Arie was my best friend at this repair shop!
