These guys have done repairs for me in the past and done excellent work…I am hoping for the same results this time…but there has been no communication from the shop whatsoever.

I was promised the car would be finished 10 days ago and I am still waiting…I was not contacted by anyone and I finally called last Thursday to see what was going on. They’re waiting on a part and the gentleman I talked to had no idea when they would be getting it. Shouldn’t all the parts have been received before they started the repair?

Never, Thing is i have used car care 3 times now and the first two were great. But never again will i go there.

This repair took almost a month to do. First few times i inspected the job i was very dissatisfied. Repair made after the fifth time inspecting the work that was done. Talked over the phone on the cost out of pocket was not the same as when i picked up.
