I would use this shop again. They did great work, or refer a friend. But I would inform then to be upfront the customer service wkth logan sucks. I never felt like I got any information from him at all.

I am satisfied with the work on my jeep. But the communication to me about extended repairs and time was very inadequate. I had to call almost every time to get updates after I did not get the call I was told I would.

Logan did not follow through and call me for updates when he told me. I had to call for almost all updates. Also the information given to me was not enough to even understand what the delay was there was no detailed information given until I called and spoke directly with thr technician.
