I have had two vehicles repaired at you facility. Both were done very well. The staff has always been very friendly and answered all my questions. They did a good job on the repairs but left two dings in the front bumper that weren’t there before and the battery was completely shot when we went to pick it up. It was only a year old.

I was very impressed with the ding and paint repair on my car. The clear bra that was put back on my car was not professional. I can tell they tried, but it was trimmed to short on one area right where the door handle is and then it is not trimmed properly like it is on the rest of my car by another business. When I picked up the car I looked at it and spotted the lower quality application. I commented to Logan and he brought out the technician. The technician was very nice and asked if I was wanting to have him redo it and he would. The problem is that I had just dropped off my rental car from enterprise and they dropped me off at Carcare. Now I was without a rental and no ride home. Insurance was paying for my rental but because I turned it in, now I would have to pay for my renal by myself. I'm just frustrated the wrap didn't turn out as expected. I see it now every time I get in the car. I know I will be inconvenienced at another date to get this fixed. Logan did take a picture and state that I could arrange to have it replaced. It just is inconvenient for me when I thought it would be finished.

You took 3 days longer than you thought and you missed painting part of my door and when I brought it back you put cheap tape over the edges of all my doors to cover it up and to not have to actually fix it. Plus you padded the bill after I picked up my car and sent the padded bill to my insurance company to pay. You lied and I can’t stand that. I will never do business with your company again!
