This would be my second experience, the first time was 10/10. This time my help was not very friendly. 3 weeks after getting seen initially I had to inquire on when I could bring my car in. I felt like I was being a bother when I got called back. The only good thing was it took 1 day to fix.

My vehicle was continuously delayed. I was told it would be a better part of a week, which turned into a week and for sure by the next Friday, which turned into for sure by Saturday, which turned into Monday by X time which turned into an hour after that which ended up being closing on Monday. Along with them saying we’re ready for you on X day and then the explanation was given that parts were late yet I was told they were ready to start on a day when they didn’t even have the parts. Communication was horrible. Constantly having to reach out and never hearing back on any update.
