Work was done very well. Everyone was very helpful. There were delays and rescheduling due to parts availability. There was some miss communication but in the end we got the car ahead of the final schedule and it looks great and everything works like it should.

I would definitely recommend, but I would caution the person I referred to be wary of the communication and insist upon it.

Repair Quality

After the initial meeting, instant estimate and subsequent discussion, I was more than impressed. Unfortunately, things didn’t go well from there. The repair time was inordinately long for the damage involved , the amount I wound up paying because of an add on small part replacement was 30% higher than my estimate, and the worst part was poor communication. I understand that there were some staffing issues and yes, apologies were made, it’s just that it’s so frustrating because a phone call is so easy to make. A couple of 30 second phone calls would’ve made a world of difference to me. You all seem to really care about customer service as was demonstrated from the initial part of our relationship and I am sorry to not be able to give a real positive review because it is something that I do often if the service warrants it . I hope the staffing problem is taken care of , because I think the potential is there to do a super job. On the positive side, the work seems to be neatly done and I appreciated how clean my car was when I got it back. Hoping for the best for you all.
