I feel like there was not enough communication about the timeline/updates for my vehicle. At other service centers typically I received calls/updates when the estimate on my car was complete, when the service on my vehicle has begun, and when the service is complete. I did not receive any calls from Lee collision while my car was in the shop. I had to reach out multiple times for updates myself, as the online updates were typically inaccurate as well. When my vehicle was finished I only found out when the online update system was finally updated and did not receive a call from the dealership to tell me that. Going forward I do not know that I would use this service center due to these communication issues

Dealing with staff that were totally polite and professional was a pleasure. I feel they went above to provide me with a loaner vehicle and then to return my car nicely repaired and completely clean inside and out was above and beyond anything I expected. A Big Thank You from me to LEE!!

The repairs seem to have gone very well. But my vehicle was very dirty inside and out when I picked it up. That is not how it was when indroppednitnoff!
