It turns out that the air conditioning system was damaged in my collision. This was not identified by your staff. Now I must wait a couple of weeks without AC and leave my car with you for another week, during which you may or may not be able to give me a loaner.

I was very impressed with the speed and quality of the work done on my car. Even though Allstate just kind of stuck me in a spot they were still able to get an estimate and the work done within a timely manner. I’m extremely happy with how my Rogue turned out . I would absolutely bring my car back again if needed.
