This shop claims to be a full service company. They claim that they arrange transportation and do everything necessary. However in my experience they did not reserve my rental car and said they were unwilling to do so. I had to personally make the calls to schedule my rental car to pick me up. They did not tell Me to reserve a rental car until I was there waiting To be picked up

Trying to get a manager on the phone is difficult and the front person Pam doesn’t give messages to him. I am shocked because everything else from sales staff, service has been terrific. But when it comes to the collision center.
