Why would I refer someone to get their car fixed if my car still isn't fixed?

I brought my car back in again after the initial repair to have the back hatch lock repaired. It was not unlocking. They turned the by pass switch, and told me it was unlocking. Now, if I lock my car, the back hatch does not lock at all. So I can open it with the car locked and it sets off the alarm. Just switching the bypass which is what I WA told they did, is not a repair...

Customer service was great the initial time, but the second visit was like I was telling them what was going on, but they were trying to tell me it wasn't the same repair. I didn't have the issue before the accident or before I dropped off the car the 1st time.
