I had such a great experience with Lee's Body Shop after dealing with a "non-contributive" auto collision. From start to finish, and especially after talking with Lee; the entire process felt smooth, professional, and stress-free. A huge thank you to Lee and his team who helped me through every step of the repair. He was transparent, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what needed to be done, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure EVERYTHING was handled PROPERLY. You can tell he truly cares about both the quality of the work and the customer's experience. And although I did not catch her name, I also want to give a huge Thanks to the secretary whom is absolutely exceptional. After initially speaking with her via phone, I knew my Infinity was in VERY good hands. My car looks great and like nothing even happened. HAVING SOMEONE YOU TRUST GUIDE YOU THROUGH A STRESSFUL SITUATION MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE, AND I'M SO GRATEFUL FOR THAT!! If you’re looking for an automotive collision repair shop that is Honest, Communicative and does Excellent work, I Highly recommend LEE'S BODY SHOP. They made a very tough situation so much easier.
