The customer service could have been better, he did not stick to his word about the agreement we had about my deductible, once I came to pay he tried to act like he didn’t say it and I said another. So he was not a man about his word. But I was pleased with my car just not the customer service.

We came to a agreement about the deductible the day I dropped my car off but when I came to pick it up once it was done he act like what he said he did not say and tried to tell me I said another, so he ended up taking off not much but it was whatever just don’t lie about what you say...cause if you didn’t say something you wouldn’t be taking off on my deductible you would be sticking to what you say.
