The hood is not flush with bumper in the middle. There is a very noticeable gap in the middle.

Customer service was excellent, he greeted us with kindness and respect and was informed us of the situation with regards to the noticeable amount of damage both outside on the bumper and underneath the hood. He made it very clear that the vehicle was not drive able and we could do more harm than good by not leaving it with him. We were very thankful for his willingness to take care of the vehicle in such a timely manner.
