Scott, the advisor, knew the paint job was awful and told them about it, but they did not fix it. They tried to pass it off on me. Like I wouldn't notice! So Scott was nice, the manager trying to pass off a bad paint job was just bad business. Waiting to hear back from them about taking the car back in for a repaint. Hope it will be better and not worse!

I was given my car back with a battery so dead I had to spend almost $300 on a new battery after paying my deductible. Battery worked fine when they got the car. The (dead) battery was not reconnected properly after being worked on. I got a check engine light less than 2 hours after getting the car back, and the error it gave me was something with the battery. What a shocker. They were going to order incorrect parts until I said something about it, and even then they said they can't guarantee they would get the right parts. (Ordered chrome when my parts where black). And it looks like they tried ripping my rain visors off which resulted in my window trim no longer being flush.
