The overall communication between the shop and myself was terrible. Plus I felt like I was given a bad attitude by the gentleman than assisted me. In addition, my stereo was not reset properly and I had to return back to the shop after driving away. The whole experience was frustrating to say the least

My experience was a very highly satisfied service with the Lehigh Valley Collusion. They did a great job on my car, quickly. And faves us a nice rental car for two days which was a very nice car. I hope never to have to go through an accident situation again. But if it were to happen I would use the LEHIGH Vally collision staff! Thank you for such a great service!

You suck! How many flat tires does one customer need. I can assure you I will never use your service again. I'm also in the market for a work van. I can assure you it will not come from Rothrock. As well my fiancé is also in the market for a vehicle. That will also not be purchased at your company. Cannot be beleave the sheer and utter torture my experience has been with your company.
