I can honestly say this was over the top service I had every experienced, The workman ship is also more than I exspected, it's just as good as you could have,, As of now I took a trip to Lancaster, however not sure what's wrong but my engine check light came on just as I got within a few blocks of the hotel. The engine seems to run okay so I will need to check into when I come home, Not pointing a finger at anyone, but I have never had a fault with my van, not to say it can't happen, but just surprised me.. Again 150% satisfied with the service I recieved from Rothrock! I will always have my work and recommend Rothrock to everyone. .. Sincerely, Bruce

My car looks great; however it took 5 weeks to repair; we often had to call several times to get updates on the car... And dates of when the car would be finished were changed 3 times.

I am still here to fix turn signal light they pull in my car three times for turn signal light to fix. Every thing working fine before being into body shop.
