I have dealt with Rothrock for over a year with the same problem with this vehicle. Took forever to get answers. I got tired of sitting there for hours hearing that they can not find the answer. Now that the vehicle is fixed or so I hope I am still not happy with the whole experience and I do not plan to deal with Rothrock in the future.

Guys were great. Car looked good when I got it back and was nice and clean. Several people we know recommend your body shop. Stepson had car repaired somewhere else and there were scratches and marks on non damaged parts.
