I was expecting calls to let me know if all was okay ir at least to tell me when to pick it up. Nobody came along with me to show me the car at the momento to pick it up.

I was happy with the work they done but not happy with how long it took they told me three two weeks and it was little it was 3 weeks and a couple days one happy about that

After days of using, I found that there is a patch of metal that is visible like broken metal. I'm not sure if that is supposed to be like it. But! I'm afraid it can fell off in the future. You can't see it, if you don't see it closely.

In the past I have been super happy with the work at LVC, but this time... No one called to let me know the completed estimate, get approval to start the service, estimate the completion date. I was called when it was done. I was not really satisfied with the wheel well covers that were provided... Though they are a minor cosmetic issue, which they were unable to provide the last time they worked on the car, this time they were warped.

I'm not sure if the cleanliness issue was because the claim was on a company owned vehicle through CEI and not a personal vehicle.

The repair was fine and the actual time it took to repair the vehicle was ok, but the interior of the vehicle was very dusty and smelled like paint upon pick up.

The time from the original estimate to the time of the repair was ridiculously long. The damage occured in August and the repair did not take place until late December. Most of this time was not the Body Shops fault but there was still 2+ months between their estimate to repair time.

My car looks just like when I first bought it. It looks picture perfect after my car accident. The parts are very good quality and my car runs good that was what was most important to me that it looked good as well, also ran good accidents happen, but Lehigh Valley Collision can repair it to look like there was never an accident in the vehicle overall very happy with my car repairs and the fact that it was super clean and detailed inside was just another plus thank you to the team
