My repairs were done perfectly and Curt called me every step of the way letting me know what was going on. When I went to pick up my car it was cleaned, waxed and AMAZINGLY beautiful and good as new... Even better looking when I bought the car. Thank you again for everything and how kind everyone was

While the repairs themselves are amazing the process itself could use a little improvement. There was a lack of communication during the repair time. Updates were almost nonexistent and to get accurate information I had to go through my insurance company. To be fair, the person who was in charge of our car did go away for a week but it would have been nice if someone else had maintained some level of communication. The repair itself though is perfect.

I was not satisfied with Len Stoler Service. My vehicle took to long for repairs to get completed. The representative told multiple times the repair was completed, just to find out my vehicle needed more repairs done. After I picked my car up, I noticed the tire mold wasn’t completely attached , they had to reattach it. Then when I drove off from the shop , I noticed a loud noise coming from my vehicle that it didn’t make before . I notified the shop , now I have to wait an additional three days to return my vehicle to shop for them to look into this issue. This mean I have to take off work and miss out on money for the poor quality service of Len Stoller . I will never return my vehicle here for repairs neither would I recommend them to anyone . I give Len Stoller 0 out of 10 stars!!!

Not only did they do a fantastic job on my vehicle, we forgot our credit card when we checked out and shortly after leaving, I received a phone call informing me that we had left our credit card and would await our return to pick it up.. I sincerely thank and appreciate your honesty in addition to your customer service, thank you, thank you, thank you.
