As far as I can tell, the repair was done well and in an extremely timely manner. The staff was always polite and helpful. I would recommend Gerber and would surely use them again (although I hope I never need to).

The customer service personnel were very polite and accommodating. My only concern was that when I went to pick up my car, there was no one in the office to help me. I had to wait several minutes before I could ask, possibly a mechanic, if he could find someone to help me.

Everyone here was very pleasant. Had my car in on a Monday morfir a damaged bumper my car was done before the close of business that Friday. They even gave me the number to a glass place thar dis a good job as well. Will recommend Gerber Collison to any and everyone. Excellent customer service also. Had to pick my car up at 5pm the guy was willing to wait until l got there. That speaks volumes. Thank you again Gerber Collison and Gerber Collison crew!
