I was very satisfied until I started the car after it was delivered and the check engine light came on. They couldn’t fix it in Columbia So it’s going back to caliber in reisterstown and I hav another rental

I appreciated the communication for the different phases of the repair, keeping me updated on the timeline, and even when a small issue was discovered when inspecting the vehicle after repair, was reassured it could be easily addressed. The representatives Jonathan and Matthew were excellent communicators throughout the entire repair job. Even with the minor issue I noticed after the repair, they reassured me it would be easily addressed when the part arrives. The car was returned in pristine condition. I was given specific instructions of how to clean it due to the finish. They answered all my questions clearly whenever I called.
