I've used Lentz about 4 times over the past 10 to 12 years (both through insurance and outside of insurance) and everything is perfect. The final job comes in at the estimate, quality is top tier, people are friendly and the duration is exactly what was provided up front. I've also recommended Lentz to others and they have the same feedback. Keep up the top tier customer service!

Absolutely fantastic! Everything discussed during the initial review was the exact experience. Level-setting expectations is missing in customer service these days, but not at Lentz, you guys are nailing the customer experience, keep it going!

This was the first time trying Lentz based on a friend’s recommendation, as my prior go-to body shop was The Wreck Room, which is not taking on work for a while. I am very happy with the work done by the Lentz team - both metal work and painting. The men discovered a minor area that was missed during estimating and it was fixed at no extra charge. I also appreciate that Lentz finished the work in 2 days, as promised, since I needed my truck back on the 3rd day.
