Excellent service. I received clear communication throughout the process. Leonard Auto Body also found a problem related to our collision that we didnt initially notice. This allowed us to include the repair in our insurance claim rather than out of pocket. I highly recommend using Leonard Auto Body.

The repairs needed were due to an unfortunate accident caused by another driver, and you had my car for about a month which was of course stressful. But I cannot say enough how pleased I am with the customer service and the people I spoke to (frequently) while my car was being repaired. The two people I spoke with most, James and Garrett, were wonderful and patient and flexible about me having to pick up my car after hours. I would definitely recommend this place to others, and I'm grateful you made this a positive experience for me!
