I will never recommend this shop to anyone for any reason. Word of mouth is the biggest and most effective form of marketing. The facts of my experience, make it clear it is a scam shop to get money from insurance while crushing the people it is servicing.

Communication was non existent with me or insurance company. I called over 30 times in the span of 2.5 months, they never called me. The estimate of repairs was $6700.00. When I picked it up, total due from insurance was 12,700. The car should have been totalled, but it is clear that they wanted the insurance money and claim. Also, upon picking up the vehicle, the work was done incorrectly so it's been at the dealership for 4 weeks awaiting the repairs to be fixed, another $1000.00. Going to Leonard's has been a life altering event for me and my family and it still continues since my 'fixed' car is undrivable. I've also lost 5k in value of my car and spent over 1000.00 in car rentals, bus passes and days off of work because I didn't have a car. Had I gone somewhere else, I would have had a totalled car in August not a still broken car with severely depreciated value and out 1000,00 in December.

No one called me accept at the first week and then to come pick it up. On the day of pick up I called and said I was coming and they said, wait don't come until 2 we are fixing the door. To which I said, I took time off of work to get the vehicle that you said was done, when it clearly wasn't. Had someone given any updates in the 30 times I called, I or the insurance would have known the price to repair doubled and the car would have been totalled.

My overall experience with Leonard auto body was negative. Retrospectively looking, I regret taking my car there.

They seemed nice and willing to solve problems. I wish they could have caught the problems before I had to point out. Communication was difficult at times. Time estimation of work was extremely poor. I wish they told me honestly how long it would have taken upfront if the work was to take one week, instead of one day and repeat that seven times. This repeated delay wasted my time and energy.
