Jake was very nice and was able to get me in right away for an estimate. The time from when I had the estimate to when I could drop it off for repairs wasn’t too long compared to other shops. The reason for the score of 7 was because I had to keep calling for things when I could bring my car in for repairs and the week it was there I had to follow up to get the status on my car. When I did go pick it up it would’ve been nice if someone walked out to go over things done on my car. It was 15 minutes to closing so I get it but then it left me to take my car home and inspect it there. It was quite dirty with scuff marks in various places, I found a razor blade on the front passenger floor, and there’s a scratch on the tinting of the window. After reading reviews online I felt like I didn’t have the same experience. The razor blade was really concerning because that’s a safety hazard and I could’ve or anyone riding in my car could have cut themselves.

Communication was not great. I had to call to get updates throughout the time and some time frames were incorrect so ended up taking longer then anticipated.
