I realize the BODY SHOP (BS) Crew tried to do their best; however, due to scheduling (over-booking), supply chain errors (bad replace parts) & delays - the entire “HAIL DAMAGE PROJECT” took from the week of MEMORIAL DAY until July 9th. I then discovered a couple of items today (7/10) that need minor “touch-up) - paint glob on rear passenger door plus white “specs” on surface of trunk lid. Plus after picking up car on 7/9, the drivers side wiper strikes against the trim as it reaches its “sweeping motion” across windshield. Hopefully these items will be remedied ASAP. We’re making progress. Hail damage repairs required 6 weeks to complete. The Body Shop then touched-up the trunk & adjusted wiper blade. Still have to address a spot on rear passenger side door. Scheduled for 7/23. Hope to have everything wrapped up by 7/24 Phil M

The receptionist and the gentleman to the right when you enter were very professional. I was waited on in a timely manner and they were both extremely kind and patient. Very pleased with the service!!

Those are some of the hardest working people I had the pleasure to work with. They made me feel like I was the only one in Kanawha Valley that had hail damage to their vehicle. They were great and you should be proud to have them working at Lester Raine.
