Did not appreciate that the quote from my insurance company of 4,000.00 was doubled to 8,000.00 without someone checking with me before repairs were done. I have used Lester Raines for all my car needs for my last 4 cars. I was disappointed that I was not given an option to decide if I wanted to have the additional charges sent to my insurance company.
