The staff at the repair shop were overwhelmingly rude and lazy. The only reason my car was repaired ultimately was because Lester Raines himself got involved. He kindly provided a rental car for my family and expedited repairs which took over three weeks total when it should have taken three days.

The repair was done well but shattered glass pieces were left inside my car. In addition my tires were very low on air when I picked up the car. I told the staff and they apologized and took care of both issues.
